Kendler is a 5-piece band from the northern part of the Netherlands. They took the small indie-pop songs of singer/songwriter Gijs van Veldhuizen (audiotransparent, swinder) and filled them with grit and splinters. The result is a dense musical experience, sometimes quiet sometimes loud. But at the foundations a small song can always be found. sound like: Wilco, Sparklehorse, Talking Heads
